    African Swine Fever Spreads in Serbia, Eight Districts Affected

    African swine fever has spread to eight districts in Serbia, according to Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Dragan Glamocic. The disease has been confirmed in the districts of Mačva, Srem, Obrenovac, and South Banat, with a total of 33,850 pigs having died or been euthanized since the beginning of the year. Glamocic emphasized that the virus is most commonly spread through wild boars and non-compliance with biosafety measures on farms. He also noted that there is still no vaccine against the disease, and the only effective measure is the euthanasia of infected animals.

    Judge Rejects Suspending Tax Investigations of Zapatero Family

    The judge in the 'Plus Ultra' case has rejected ordering Hacienda to suspend the tax investigations of former Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, his wife Sonsoles Espinosa, their daughters Laura and Alba Rodríguez, and the company Whathefav. The judge also rejected the argument that the tax inspection should be suspended due to potential self-incrimination.

    Germany's Migrant Crime Crisis Explodes

    Germany's federal government reported that 53% of suspects in 751 recorded gang rapes last year were foreign nationals, despite making up less than 17% of the population. He was previously convicted for preparing a serious act of violence and distributing ISIS propaganda but received a suspended sentence.
