Montenegro Parliament Adopts Changes to Laws on Internal Affairs and ANB
The Parliament of Montenegro has adopted amendments and supplements to the Law on Internal Affairs and the Law on the Agency for National Security (ANB). The changes strengthen judicial control over secret surveillance measures carried out by ANB and change the manner of forming the Commission for Verifying Security Disruptions.
