Russians Can Now Top Up Bank Accounts via Third-Party ATMs

Starting October 1, Russians can deposit cash into their bank accounts using the System for Transferring Electronic Payments (SBP) through third-party ATMs. The daily limit is 50,000 rubles, and the monthly limit is 200,000 rubles.
