NSE Reduces IPO Size to Rs 23,500 Crore
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has cut its initial public offering (IPO) size to approximately Rs 23,500 crore, down from the earlier estimated Rs 30,000 crore. The exchange filed a revised draft prospectus with market regulator SEBI, indicating that existing shareholders' offer for sale has been reduced to 5.25%. The IPO is expected to launch in the third week of September, potentially retaining Hyundai Motor India's record for the largest IPO in India.8 sourcesSee all sources
