    Russia's Military Actions in Ukraine and Global Response

    Russian forces launched a massive retaliatory strike on targets in Ukraine. The Ministry of Defense reported control over the industrial zone of a silica plant in Kupiansk-Uzlovyi. Interpol issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in the attempted assassination of Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Ermolaev in Monaco. The Kremlin stated that Russian troops have fully occupied Konstantinovka in the DNR. The government has allowed the production of gasoline of the 'Euro-3' standard by the end of the year. In Krasnodar, two resellers were detained with a thousand liters of gasoline from Rostov. New restrictions on the sale of fuel have been introduced in the Belgorod region. The Reuters agency reported that Russia may start importing jet fuel from Japan.

    Havana International Book Fair Returns with Russia as Guest Country

    The Havana International Book Fair (FILH) will take place from August 10 to 16, featuring Russia as the invited country.
