Russian Boxer Challenges Ukrainian Heavyweight Usyk
Russian heavyweight boxer Artem Suslënkov, known for his support of the Russian army and war against Ukraine, challenged Ukrainian champion Oleksandr Usyk to a boxing match. Suslënkov, who has fought almost exclusively in Russia, posted a message on Instagram (banned in Russia) stating 'I'll get you - either in the ring or in the field' and accompanied it with a photo of himself holding a machine gun. Users on social media mocked his statement and doubted Usyk's interest in the fight.2 sourcesSee all sources
