49ers Owner Jed York Arrested, Charges Reduced in Ohio Prostitution Case
San Francisco 49ers principal owner Jed York was arrested in Ohio on Sunday, initially charged with engaging in prostitution. However, prosecutors reduced the charge to disorderly conduct at his Monday morning arraignment. York pleaded no contest to both disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, receiving a $150 fine for the former and a $1,000 fine for the latter. He was sentenced to one day in jail on each count, with the sentences running concurrently and no additional jail time left to serve.
