Israeli Opposition Narrowly Leads Netanyahu's Bloc in Election Polls
According to recent polls, the Israeli opposition is leading Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc 52-51 ahead of the October 27 elections. Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party is projected to win 23 seats, followed by Netanyahu's Likud with 21. Neither bloc has the 61 seats needed for a majority in the 120-member Knesset.
