    Air Marshal Sandeep Thareja Appointed as Armed Forces Medical Services Chief

    Air Marshal Sandeep Thareja has been appointed as the next Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS) by the Government of India. He will take over the position on August 31, becoming India's senior-most military doctor.     Olectra Deploys 4,000 Electric Buses in India

    Olectra Greentech Limited has become the first company in India to deploy 4,000 electric buses on Indian roads. The milestone was marked with a ceremony in Himachal Pradesh where 297 Olectra electric buses were inducted into the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) fleet. The company's buses have collectively covered over 730 million green kilometers, preventing more than 6.5 lakh tonnes of CO₂ emissions.
