Istanbul's Social Housing Rental Applications Begin
Applications for Istanbul's rental social housing project have started. The project aims to provide affordable housing to citizens. Applications are open from September 14 to 25, 2026, and the lottery draw and delivery will commence in October. The project offers 1+1 apartments for 10,000 lira and 2+1 apartments ranging from 12,000 to 17,000 lira.
