New EGE Bonus Points Proposed for University Admissions
The Ministry of Education and Science has proposed introducing bonus points for the fourth EGE (Unified State Exam) when entering a university. Starting from 2027, universities may consider scores from additional EGE subjects, not just the main ones used for admission. This applies to five natural science subjects: mathematics, physics, chemistry, informatics, or biology. Bonus points range from 15 to 25, depending on the EGE score (60-74, 75-89, or 90-100). Applicants can still enter with three EGE scores, both on and off-budget.4 sourcesSee all sources
