    World's First Biological Data Center Uses Living Human Neurons

    Singapore has launched the world's first biological data center, using 16 million live human neurons to process information. The project, a collaboration between NUS Medicine, DayOne, and Cortical Labs, replaces silicon chips with live brain cells. Each of the 20 CL1 units contains 800,000 neurons, consuming significantly less energy than traditional data centers. Applications include drug discovery, humanoid robotics, cybersecurity, and fraud detection.

    U.S. Military Reports Decline in Sexual Assaults

    The Pentagon has released a report showing a decrease in the prevalence of sexual assaults among U.S. military personnel, despite an increase in the number of service members reporting unwanted sexual contact. The estimated rate of sexual assault among active-duty women fell from 6.8% in 2023 to 4.3% in 2025, and from 1.3% to 1% among active-duty men.
