    Haiphong City Police Arrest Chinese Fugitives

    The Haiphong City Public Security Bureau's Exit-Entry Administration Bureau recently arrested two Chinese wanted fugitives. Chen Liang, 45, was wanted for fraud by the Lishui City Public Security Bureau, while He Yongjun, 48, was wanted for operating an illegal gambling establishment by the Yuhuan City Public Security Bureau. Both confessed to their crimes during interrogation and were handed over to the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security for further processing.
