Pakistan Army Accuses Afghan Taliban of Using Terrorism for Economy and Foreign Policy

The spokesperson for the Pakistani army, Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has accused the Afghan Taliban of using 'terrorism' as a tool for sustaining their economy and foreign policy. He stated that most perpetrators of suicide attacks in Pakistan this year were Afghan citizens linked to the Taliban. Chaudhry also claimed that the Taliban's actions are terrorism and that they use it to maintain their economy and diplomatic relations. Pakistan has no plans to negotiate with armed groups, according to the spokesperson.
