Putin to Address Global Gas Industry at GECF Summit, Russia-Africa Relations at Upcoming Summits

Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in the 28th ministerial meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) in Moscow on October 27, where he will address geopolitical issues facing the global gas industry. He will also attend the third Russia-Africa summit on October 28-29, where he will assess prospects for developing trade and economic relations with African countries, including energy and agriculture sectors. The GECF meeting will conclude with the adoption of the Moscow Declaration, and the Russia-Africa summit will result in the signing of three documents, including the Final Declaration and the Action Plan of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum for 2027-2029.
