Nikole Hannah-Jones's Husband Defends School Choice Despite Wife's Regret

Nikole Hannah-Jones's husband, Faraji, has spoken out in defense of their decision to send their daughter to a failing public school for political reasons, despite his wife admitting to regret and apologizing to their daughter. Faraji, an IT specialist at the ACLU, gave an interview to the New York Post where he praised his wife's writing and predicted she would be remembered alongside civil rights icons. He also defended the couple's decision, stating that they did not regret it as they knew their daughter would be fine due to their ability to advocate for her. However, some experts have likened his comments to a hostage video recorded under duress, and he has faced criticism for promoting a personal project at an official meeting.
