Moscow's Springs Water May Cause Infectious Diseases
The Moscow branch of Rospotrebnadzor has warned residents against drinking water from local springs due to the risk of infectious diseases such as hepatitis A and acute intestinal infections. The agency has identified over 30 popular springs in Moscow, including 'Lebed' in Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo park and springs in Kuzminki, Solntsevo, Novo-Peredelkino, Ramensky, and other districts. Annual water quality monitoring has shown that the water does not always meet hygienic standards for drinking purposes.9 sourcesSee all sources
