    Russian Woman Escapes Myanmar Labor Slavery

As of 9:20 AM on Monday, August 10, 2026, several roads are experiencing flooding due to heavy rain. In Manila City, Taft Avenue and Roxas Boulevard have areas with gutter deep flooding, passable to all types of vehicles. In Valenzuela City, MacArthur Highway has flooding up to half tire level, not passable to light vehicles. Other cities like Pasay, Mandaluyong, Malabon, and Parañaque also have roads affected by flooding.
