    Drunk Driver Arrested After Stealing Motorcycle and Fleeing Police in Ulcinj

    A 41-year-old man from Podgorica, identified as J.A., was arrested by Ulcinj police for stealing a motorcycle and fleeing the scene while under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred at Malo Plaža where the motorcycle was parked. J.A. was spotted driving the stolen motorcycle and attempted to escape when he noticed the police. During the chase, he caused a traffic disturbance by crashing into a catering facility's wall. Police confirmed that J.A. had an alcohol concentration of 1.84 g/kg in his body. He was subsequently charged with vehicle theft.
