Trump Claims Progress in Ukraine Peace Talks
US President Donald Trump has repeatedly stated in recent interviews that he believes an agreement to end the war in Ukraine is close at hand. Trump, who had not previously expressed such optimism, now says that the parties are approaching an agreement, although he acknowledges that there was initially 'massive hatred' between the leaders of Russia and Ukraine. He also mentions the possibility of concluding many agreements, including with Iran, and suggests that the G20 summit in December could serve as a platform for these agreements.37 sourcesSee all sources
