Iraq's National Security Advisor Discusses Post-Withdrawal Dialogue with Armed Factions
Qasim al-Araji, Iraq's National Security Advisor, confirmed ongoing dialogue with armed factions to bring their weapons under state control. This process is expected to intensify after the withdrawal of the U.S.-led coalition by September 30.
