Montenegro Sees High Traffic Accident Rate, Injuries, and Fines
Montenegro experienced a high number of traffic incidents in a single day, with 15 accidents resulting in one serious injury. Enhanced traffic control operations led to six arrests and 164 drivers being fined. A total of 495 fines and 44 misdemeanor reports were issued, with police seizing license plates.

President Aliyev Attends Regional Summits in Turkmenistan
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev participated in two high-level meetings in Turkmenistan. On October 8, he attended the 8th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Azerbaijan and Central Asia in Turkmenbashi. Later, he participated in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) at the Awaza Complex.
