A man in Kuzbass survived a 10,000 volt electric shock, with the current passing from his head to his wrist. He was hospitalized in critical condition, suffering from facial burns, deep skin necrosis, and a risk of brain swelling. Doctors induced a coma, connected him to a ventilator, and used intensive medication therapy to aid recovery.
