Two Palestinian teenagers were killed when Israeli settlers, accompanied by Israeli forces, attacked the village of Al Mughayir near Ramallah. The attack resulted in the death of Omar Muhamad Naji Al Naasan (19) and Jalil Rasem Jalil Shahada (16).
