Police Chase Ends in Fatal Shooting on Regional Avenue
A police pursuit of two suspects, Juan José Zapata Penagos (17) and Brian Steven González Atehortua (23), accused of stealing motorcycles in Sabaneta and San Antonio de Prado, ended in a fatal shooting on Regional Avenue. Zapata was shot in the back and later died from his injuries. González was captured and faces charges of aggravated theft and illegal firearm possession.
