Former Donegal All-Ireland Winner James McHugh Dies in Cavan Crash; Wife Noreen Also Dies
Former Donegal All-Ireland winner James McHugh (62) died following a car crash in Co. Cavan on Monday afternoon. His wife Noreen (60s) was also killed in the collision, which involved a car and a van on the N3 at Drummallaght between Virginia and Cavan town. McHugh played inter-county football for Donegal from 1990 until 1998, winning two Ulster Championships and an All-Ireland in 1992.
