Widespread Power Outages in Ukraine Due to Russian Attacks
Power outages are affecting large areas across Ukraine due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure. According to Ukrenergo and various media reports, populated areas in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Odesa, and Vinnytsia regions are partially without power. Emergency repair work has begun where it is safe to do so. Adverse weather conditions have also caused power outages in several regions.
