    Off-Duty FBI Agent Kills Venezuelan Immigrant Firing into Chicago Homeless Camp

    An off-duty FBI agent in Chicago shot and killed Oscar D. Corrales, a 27-year-old Venezuelan illegal immigrant who was firing a gun towards a homeless encampment.
