A group led by 'WaterBrother' (Boss, Anhui) and 'LittleBlack' (Logistics) has been operating in the Savannakhet casino in Laos, engaging in money laundering, lending, and large-scale fraud targeting Chinese users. They have turned a farm into a heavily guarded compound next to the resort, housing at least 100 people, many of whom are not there voluntarily. Employees face severe beatings, including broken limbs, for disobedience or poor performance. Despite this, the gang continues to exploit their employees.
