The price per square meter in new buildings reached 192,8 thousand rubles, while in ready-made housing, it rose to 130,1 thousand rubles. Meanwhile, the median cost of an apartment in new buildings in major cities increased by 1.3% to ₽9.3 million, but prices decreased or remained stable in many cities.
