Teen Arrested with Drugs in Volta Redonda
A 17-year-old teenager was apprehended with drugs in Volta Redonda, RJ. The Military Police received information about two people selling drugs and found 34 capsules of cocaine. The teen was apprehended and will answer for drug trafficking and association.

Vietnam Arrests 118 in Cross-Border Online Fraud Case
Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security has instructed enhanced prevention measures in response to the trend of criminal gangs shifting their bases due to fraud in neighboring Southeast Asian countries. The police in Thanh Hoa province recently cracked down on a cross-border online fraud case with its headquarters based in Vietnam, resulting in the arrest of 118 suspects. Among them were 113 foreign nationals, including 74 Chinese, 28 Indian, 9 Cambodian, 1 Malaysian, and 1 Myanmarese, as well as 5 Vietnamese nationals. The mastermind and direct leader of the criminal organization was identified as Chinese national Zhao Xuefeng (alias 'Dong').
