In recent weeks, Vietnamese authorities have made several arrests related to real estate scams. In Hanoi, two women were charged for allegedly scamming home buyers by claiming they could guarantee the purchase of social housing units. Meanwhile, in Nghe An province, a woman named Võ Thị Ngân was arrested for defrauding over 190 billion Vietnamese dong by promising high returns on real estate investments.
