Midterm Elections: Democrats Outpace Republicans in Fundraising
In the final fundraising quarter before the midterm elections, Democratic candidates have raised significantly more money than their Republican rivals in key races for the U.S. Congress. Despite a $276 million injection from tech mogul Elon Musk into the Republican Party, Democrats have a clear advantage in fundraising. In six key states, Democrats raised between three and six times more than Republicans. Democrats also outpaced Republicans in crucial House races, with at least 47 incumbent Republicans raising less than their Democratic or independent rivals.14 sourcesSee all sources
