Jaylen Brown Makes Boxing Debut in Nigeria
Philadelphia 76ers star Jaylen Brown, known for his versatility both on and off the court, recently added another skill to his resume by participating in an amateur boxing match in Nigeria. The five-time All-Star, who has been training in Muay Thai since 2023, faced an unnamed opponent in an exhibition bout at the NIS Gymnasium in Lagos. Despite minimal preparation, Brown showed sharp defense and connected with a left jab. This boxing debut comes as no surprise, given Brown's interest in combat sports and his family's boxing background; his father, Quinton Marselles Brown, was a professional boxer.
