Heavy rainfall in Tarragona and Baix Penedès regions caused flooding, injuries, and evacuations on Saturday morning. Around 140 liters per square meter fell, exceeding forecasts and leading to the collapse of a wall that injured three people, one critically. A campsite and a nightclub were evacuated, and rail and road traffic was interrupted.
