    Chinese Siblings Held Hostage in Chile by Fake Police Station

    Chinese siblings, Mingkai and Mingxia Fu, were held hostage in Santiago, Chile, by a group posing as Chilean and American FBI agents. The siblings were taken to a fake police station, threatened with arrest, and demanded to pay a ransom of 3 billion Chilean pesos (approx. USD 4 million) to avoid prosecution.
