Jacob D. Miller, a 44-year-old Massachusetts resident, pleaded guilty to illegally importing plutonium from Russia and selling it to approximately 67 customers in the U.S. and abroad. Miller operated a business called 'Collect The Periodic Table' and used an online third-party retailer, Bonanza, for sales.
