    70-year-old Arsonist Arrested for Setting Fires at Two Patent Law Firm Buildings in Seoul

    A 70-year-old man, Lee, was arrested for setting fires at two patent law firm buildings in Seoul's Yeoksam-dong. The incidents occurred around noon on the 20th, with the first fire at the Sinmyeong Building and the second at the HanYang Building, both within seven minutes of each other. The fires resulted in 19 injuries. Lee was known to have threatened the firms four years ago and served time for it. He was caught on CCTV pouring flammable liquid at the buildings' entrances. Police are investigating the motive and exact cause of the fires.
