    Drone with Explosives Found Near Ukrainian Plane in Germany

    A drone equipped with military explosives was discovered near a Ukrainian cargo plane at Leipzig/Halle Airport in Germany. The drone was found on the apron, just meters from the Ukrainian An-124 plane. German authorities are investigating the incident and have several theories, including that the drone was shot down by a bus driver. The detonator of the explosives did not go off. This incident is being treated as attempted sabotage.

    Monk Arrested for Attempted Murder at Paphos Monastery

    A 51-year-old monk was arrested for allegedly attacking two men with a sharp object at the Holy Stavropiegian Monastery of St. Neophytos in Tala, Paphos. The incident occurred after the monk refused to hand over his keys and vacate his cell. A 53-year-old employee was stabbed in the neck and hand, while a 27-year-old monk was injured on the hand while trying to intervene. The suspect has been remanded in custody for six days.

    Criminal Case Opened Against Former Hungarian FM Szijjártó for Bribery

    A criminal case has been opened against former Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó for suspected bribery in connection with his employment by the Chinese car company BYD. The case was initially handled by the Budapest Capital Prosecutor's Office but was later transferred to the Budapest Police Headquarters as Szijjártó no longer has parliamentary immunity. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison.
