    Germans' Sleep Duration: Over a Third Too Short

    According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), nearly 40% of Germans sleep less than seven hours per night, with men aged 45-64 being most affected. This insufficient sleep duration can pose health risks, including high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. The study, published in the 'Journal of Health Monitoring', is based on a representative survey of over 8,000 adults from May 2023 to February 2024.
