Turkey Unveils Arı Kovanı: Rapid-Launch Kamikaze Drone System
Türkiye has introduced the Arı Kovanı, a retractable-roof sentry shelter that swiftly dispenses kamikaze FPV drones. The system, demonstrated at the Ateş Serbest-2026 exercise, features a mechanical opening roof and a rotary launch mechanism carrying 30 Gözükara FPV/loitering munitions on a 10-shelf conveyor system. The operator can quickly refill shelves as they empty, enabling rapid vertical deployment of low-cost precision-strike drones for base defense or perimeter security without exposing operators.3 sourcesSee all sources
