    49ers Owner Jed York Arrested, Charges Reduced in Ohio Prostitution Case

    San Francisco 49ers principal owner Jed York was arrested in Ohio on Sunday, initially charged with engaging in prostitution. However, prosecutors reduced the charge to disorderly conduct at his Monday morning arraignment. York pleaded no contest to both disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, receiving a $150 fine for the former and a $1,000 fine for the latter. He was sentenced to one day in jail on each count, with the sentences running concurrently and no additional jail time left to serve. York's phone was returned to him, and $160 seized from him was forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

    Belgian Boy's Body Found; Father Still Missing

    The Belgian police discovered the body of a 5-year-old boy, Tyméo Brigou, in Onhaye on Monday, August 24. Tyméo had been missing since late June along with his father, Bryan Brigou. The body was found in a difficult-to-access embankment in a wooded area, about two kilometers away from where their car was found abandoned. An autopsy is scheduled to confirm the identity and determine the cause of death. Bryan Brigou remains missing.

    Philippines Arrests South Korean Woman Over $3.9B Online Gambling Operation
