Congress Debates Minority Report to Grant Executive Legislative Powers
A minority report is being prepared in Congress to accelerate the processing of legislative faculties presented by the Executive in the Constitution Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. The report, supported by Popular Force and Renewal Popular, aims to counter the stance adopted by opposition parties that oppose granting legislative powers to the Executive.
