Iranian female weightlifters have won multiple medals at the Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Hasti Sadeghi won the first gold medal for Iranian women in the 69kg youth category, while Hanieh Shirafi finished seventh.
