    Brazil Arrests Suspected Serial Killer Dressed as Woman

    A 33-year-old man, Jorlan Lopes da Silva, was arrested in Paraíba, Brazil, after attempting to escape disguised as a woman with a child in his arms. He is suspected of committing 16 murders in just three months and confessed to approximately 80 murders throughout his life. The suspect, who claimed his first murder at the age of 13, is believed to be affiliated with a criminal organization, although he denies this.

    Arrests Made in Real Estate Scams Across Vietnam

    In recent weeks, Vietnamese authorities have made several arrests related to real estate scams. In Hanoi, two women were charged for allegedly scamming home buyers by claiming they could guarantee the purchase of social housing units.     14-Year-Old Arrested for Firing Kalashnikov in Sarıyer

    A 14-year-old boy, identified as K.D., was arrested in Istanbul's Sarıyer district after firing a Kalashnikov into the air in front of his house to warn someone he had previously had a dispute with.
