    Delhi Braces for CJP's 'Lehra Do Tiranga' March Despite Restrictions

    Central Delhi is gearing up for a significant security operation ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) proposed 'Lehra Do Tiranga' march. Around 6,000 Delhi Police personnel and 220 companies of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) have been deployed. The march, initially planned at Central Park in Connaught Place, has been denied permission due to prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). Authorities have offered an alternative location for a select group of protesters to wave the national flag.

    Kerala HC Dismisses Pinarayi Vijayan's Family Appeals in CMRL Payoff Case

    The Kerala High Court has dismissed appeals filed by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter T. Veena, and son-in-law Mohamed Riyas against a single judge's order directing the registration of an FIR in the CMRL payoff case. The Division Bench held that the single judge's order did not affect their right to pursue constitutional or statutory remedies.
