    Drones Used to Monitor Traffic, Record Violations in Montenegro

    The police administration in Montenegro has started using drones for traffic monitoring and recording violations. In a month, over 200 of the most serious violations have been recorded, including unauthorized overtaking and speeding. The use of drones has led to a decrease in risky driver behavior and traffic accidents. The police have also conducted enhanced traffic controls using drones in Plav and Berane, resulting in 10 drivers being fined for improper overtaking.

    Former Brazilian Minister and PDT Founder Manoel Dias Dies at 88

    Kazakhstan's First Kurultai Elections: Transition to Unicameral Parliament

    Exploitation and Abuse at Laos Casino Compound

    A group led by 'WaterBrother' (Boss, Anhui) and 'LittleBlack' (Logistics) has been operating in the Savannakhet casino in Laos, engaging in money laundering, lending, and large-scale fraud targeting Chinese users. They have turned a farm into a heavily guarded compound next to the resort, housing at least 100 people, many of whom are not there voluntarily. Employees face severe beatings, including broken limbs, for disobedience or poor performance. Despite this, the gang continues to exploit their employees. The group claims to have connections and is operating under the guise of the casino, even as the Lao government cracks down on telecom fraud.
