    Ukraine's Patriot Missiles Running Short

    Ukraine is facing a critical shortage of Patriot missiles, with some launchers idle for up to six weeks. CNN reports that Ukraine has virtually exhausted its stockpile of interceptors for American Patriot systems, making the systems useless without missiles. The global shortage of these interceptors, exacerbated by their extensive use in other conflicts like the US and Israel vs Iran war, is contributing to this issue. Ukraine needs around 5% of the US stockpile to ensure adequate protection for the upcoming winter but currently has only about 1%.

    Montenegro's Constitutional Committee Adopts Draft Amendments to Constitution

    The Constitutional Committee of Montenegro held its 28th and 29th sessions to consider and adopt draft amendments to the Constitution.
