    Laos Hands Over Thai Suspects Involved in Illegal Online Gambling and Fraud

    On August 10, Laos transferred 41 Thai suspects involved in illegal online gambling operations, computer system crimes, and fraud using telecommunications to Thailand. The handover was conducted at the First Lao-Thai Friendship Bridge (Vientiane - Nong Khai) and was signed by representatives from both countries. The suspects were previously arrested on July 18 during a search of an office building in Vientiane Capital.

    Russia Opens Terrorism Case After Ukraine Strikes in Nizhnekamsk

    The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case of terrorism following drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on industrial and civilian facilities in Nizhnekamsk. According to the latest data, 13 people have died, including a child, and over 30 have been injured.
