14 Military Personnel Die in Caspian Sea Tragedy; Search Completed
A sudden deterioration in weather conditions and increased wind strength caused 17 military personnel to be swept into the Caspian Sea during exercises in Mangystau region, Kazakhstan. 14 died, 3 were rescued, and the search operation has been completed. A government commission has been established to investigate the cause of the incident and provide assistance to the families of the deceased.

New TSA Scanners May Require Checking of Oversized Carry-On Bags
